In celebration of being the SNP Featured Designer of the Week, Kat has planned a week full of fun, contests, and freebies! Make sure to check outher blog each day for new freebies and fun!
The first challenge you can complete is the Leave Some Love Challenge! The person that leaves the most comments in Kat's designer gallery between now and Saturday by 5pm will win a $10 coupon to The Scrappy Kat store. Be sure to visit and comment today - you never know... maybe you will win a participation prize! You must email a list of links to all of the layouts you left love at during the challenge to tskcontests@gmail.com with the contest name (i.e. Leave Some Love) in the subject line. The contest will run now through this Saturday, the 15th, at 5pm CST!
The second challenge you can play along with this week is the Kit Idea Challenge! Have you been looking for a particular digital scrapbooking kit out there and just can’t seem to find what you are looking for? Here is your chance to make that kit a reality, simply by submitting the kit idea. Feel free to include a color palette or inspirational photo, but this isn’t required. Submit your kit ideas by sending an email to tskcontests@gmail.com with the contest name (i.e. Kit Idea Challenge) in the subject line. Emails must be received by Sunday, March 16th at 12pm CST. Kat will then choose her favorite theme and if your idea is the winner, you will receive the finished kit for free upon its completion!
She's also having a Facebook contest too!!

New Month
Even though the calendar says March, it still feels like winter in so many places right now. When will we ever start to feel some warm spring air? Around Scraps N Pieces, we have been keeping ourselves warm by designing some amazing products for you, our awesome members and customers.

Do you know the definition of earworm? It's defined as, "a catchy song or tune that runs continually through a person's mind." And I think the music-themed Bits N Pieces for March will be running through your mind all month until you snatch them all up. Our members mean so very much to us. The 3-year old son of one our members was just recently diagnosed with Neuroblastoma Cancer last week. This is something they would have never
thought would happen to their family. It is Stage 4, as this type of cancer is often not symptomatic
until that time. He will have to go through some aggressive chemo, then
surgery to remove his tumor, then more chemo. There is a 40-50%
survival rate, but his doctors are very optimistic. This family has 3
other small children and a new baby on the way. Together, the Scraps N Pieces designers developed an amazing kit called Little Warrior, to help raise funds that will cover
some of their costs at this time. This kit is a beautiful
children’s hospital themed collab that chronicles the journey that this little
warrior is facing. All proceeds from the sale of this kit will go to
this little family to help with expenses.
