Freebie Kit Polka Dot Party...48 Hours Only!!!

Hi scrappers, The Scrappy Kat has got a freebie for you today.  She realized that she hadn't offered a full-size kit in quite some time and figured that her birthday would be a great excuse to do so.  :)  Polka Dot Party is inspired by her son's 6th birthday party this year.  The colors were very fun and bright and she thought they would make a great polka dot themed kit.  It is called Polka Dot Party because it is of course filled with polka dots, but there are also some party themed elements in there too.  I think you will find this kit will be perfect for scrapping lots of fun layouts and not just limited to birthday theme.
